Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Hearing FY 2024 AAP

The City of Tucson seeks public comment and input related to its Fiscal Year 2024 HUD Annual Action Plan. The Annual Action Plan establishes policies and goals and serves as the City’s application for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Department annual entitlement funding through the Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Programs.

The draft FY 2024 Annual Action Plan was posted on March 29, 2023.

Public comments will be accepted from April 5 – May 5, 2023.  Public comments may be submitted via email at HCDcomment@tucsonaz.gov or mailed to:  Housing and Community Development Department; c/o Jason Thorpe; 310 North Commerce Park Loop; Tucson AZ 85745.

Public Hearing

At 5:30 pm on May 19, 2023, the City of Tucson Mayor and Council at its scheduled meeting will hold a public hearing to 1) receive input on and adopt the Fiscal Year 2024 HUD Annual Action Plan for which public comments were accepted beginning April 5, 2023, and ending May 5, 2023. The Public Hearing will be held at 255 W. Alameda Street, Tucson, AZ 85701.
