PRO serves as a historical information portal, housing a repository of documents and data. Users can freely access the system without the need to log in. TDC Online provides enhanced features for registered users associated with an application.

TDC Online offers a user-friendly self-service platform, empowering customers to seamlessly upload information, submit requests, and schedule inspections. To streamline payment and inspection scheduling processes, users must log in to TDC Online. Individuals need to be listed as contacts within TDC Online to perform vital actions such as applying for sub-records, accessing documents under review, viewing restricted documents, and managing contacts.
