Upcoming Information Session for Casita Model Plan Designers

The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department is hosting an information session for all designers interested in including their plans in the Casita Model Plan Library. This session will include information on using Tucson Development Center Online, the requirements for submitting a model plan for review, and requirements for inclusion in the library.

The information session will be held virtually on March 14, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. Click here to register.

The session will be recorded and uploaded along with additional materials to the Casitas in Tucson website - the home of the Casita Model Plan Library - in addition to the requirements for building a casita and frequently asked questions.
