Street Fair Traffic Alert Spring 2024

Beginning Thursday, March 21, 2024, at approximately noon, Fourth Avenue will close south of University Boulevard to Eighth Street, with the exception of Sixth Street, for the 55th Annual Fourth Avenue Spring Street Fair.
Additional side street closures include Fourth Street, Fifth Street and Seventh Street between Third Avenue and Fifth Avenue, and Eighth Street from Hoff Avenue to Herbert Avenue.
All roadways are scheduled to reopen by approximately 11 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
To accommodate the street fair booths, the Sun Link Streetcar will make temporary route adjustments and Sun Tran buses will provide service to streetcar passengers around the Fourth Avenue Street Fair closure.
The following streetcar stops will not be serviced:
- Fourth Avenue/ Sixth Street
- Fourth Avenue/ Fourth Street
The traveling public should use caution when driving, bicycling or walking around the event. Please watch for event participants, obey all traffic control, and watch for detour signs and personnel providing traffic control.
