Supporting the Community

Tucson Water has a strong tradition of community involvement, and proudly supports civic, nonprofit, education, and business events and projects that provide a public purpose and:

  • Provide opportunities to further the awareness and knowledge of water-related issues
  • Promote conservation of water
  • Help build awareness of Tucson Water’s value in the community
  • Build relationships and communication with diverse populations
  • Align with the utility’s mission and strategic goals

Types of Involvement

We support the community and participate in events in numerous ways:

  • Speakers
  • Tours
  • Sponsorships
  • Pete the Beak mascot appearances

Request our Participation 

Submit your request for Tucson Water's participation at least 30 days prior to the event or activity for which support is being requested. 

We will respond to your request within one week. All requests are subject to budget and staffing limitations. Sponsorships are not granted to individuals or political or religious organizations.
