Commercial High-efficiency Urinal Rebate

Tucson Water commercial customers that have a property built prior to 2011 may be eligible for a high-efficiency urinal rebate. Installation address must have active Tucson Water service prior to purchasing and installing the products.

Commercial customers must fill out a pre-screening form prior to applying for the rebate. Once the form is filled out, the customer will be notified via email of approval along with the information to apply.

Rebate Details and Requirements

  • Receive a $200 rebate per WaterSense or Water free high-efficiency urinal.
  • Must purchase product from qualifying product list. 
  • Rebate application must be submitted no later than 1 year after the purchase of the product.
  • Purchased product must be new and more than rebate amount.
  • Fixtures replaces as part of a general construction permit, such as for structural change or alteration, do not qualify for the rebate.
  • Applicants must submit a W-9 form for rebates paid by check from the City of Tucson. Per IRS requirements, individuals and/or entities receiving funds of $600 or more from the City of Tucson in a single calendar year will be issued a 1099-MISC for miscellaneous income.
