This one-time fee recovers the capital cost of the water system infrastructure necessary to serve new users connecting to the isolated system. It is assessed at the time of meter application.
The boundaries of the Peppertree Ranch water service area are hereby established as shown on a map entitled "Peppertree Ranch Water Service Area," copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk and Tucson Water. Each new water connection shall pay a Peppertree Ranch water development fee.
This one-time fee is based on meter size.
