Thanks to 407 Bond Funding, Ochoa Park will soon receive a new ramada to provide cooling shade for birthday parties, family picnics, and more! The ramada colors will match existing park features. In November 2024, the community helped select the style of the shade. The "Artistic Arch" was selected.
Parks and Recreation staff will use the survey results to guide the development of construction documents for the new ramada, which is anticipated to be installed in the fall of 2025.
