Environmental Review

The City of Tucson Housing & Community Development Department conducts environmental reviews for proposed HUD-funded activities during their planning stages in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Part 58 of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

An environmental review measures the impact of a proposed project on the human environment as well as the impact of the environment on the proposed project.
