Katie is a native Tucsonan and a graduate of Sahuaro High School, Pima College and the University of Arizona. Her career in Social Work was derailed by her work in local campaigns which led to her service in Tucson government. Her areas of interest are environmental, land use and water policy. In her free time, Katie enjoys camping, hiking and hanging out with her dogs in her backyard.
